Describe the bug
The sync status indicator on root(Personal and Shares) is always in "syncing" mode (the 2 blue rotating arrows) even after it finishes syncing files.
Expected behavior
After it finishes sync all the files, the sync status icon should not be in syncing state.
Steps to reproduce the issue
- Install owncloud ocis using the compose file method in unraid.
- Download owncloud desktop client in Windows 11.
- Upload some file inside the personal folder or add file on the client.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue on Windows 11 with ownCloud client 7.1.0.19041, the virtual files plugin, and ocis 8.2.0, then inspect the attached client logs. Trace the desktop sync status indicator after a file upload completes; done means the root Personal and Shares indicators leave the syncing state when no files remain in progress.
