Research direction

Reproduce the issue on Fedora 37 with qa 5.0.0.12063-daily20230906 by copying and pasting a folder in the same location, then compare the result with ownCloud 4.2.0 stable. Trace the Linux desktop overlay-icon handling; done means the newly synced folder shows the green icon immediately rather than grey.
