[QA] nautilus integration menu missing, when username contains special characters

Describe the QA issue

Seen with owncloud core 10.13.1-rc.1 and testpilotcloud client 4.1.0.11251 279a6f

• Admin create user carol with full name Carol L€wis - including a € character.
• User carol connects desktop client, navigates to the documents using a file browser, and right-clicks on Example.odt
• The context menu misses the owncloud entry. BAD

Expected behavior

Special characters should not matter.

Actual behavior

Reproduce the issue with ownCloud core 10.13.1-rc.1 and testpilotcloud client 4.1.0.11251 using the documented user name and full name containing a € character, then compare the context-menu behavior with a user without special characters. Done means the ownCloud entry appears when right-clicking Example.odt regardless of special characters in the user's full name.
