send option does not show up for multiselect

Actual behaviour
-when selecting multiple files and openingthe three dot menu, I get a strongly reduced menu. This menu does not include the send option
Expected behaviour
-According to the released feature request #3491 included in release v2.21 the send option should be included now
Steps to reproduce
- Mark multiple images in your owncloud client app
- Hit the three dot menu
