Description
Since the Instant Upload sometimes takes hours (really!) to notice a new photo / video file, it would be great to have the option to "force a check for new files & upload now".

Research direction
Start by locating the Android Instant Upload implementation and the existing photo/video detection and upload entry points. Determine how a user-triggered check could reuse that flow; done means the option forces a new-file check and starts uploading detected photos or videos immediately.
