Description
Background
We want to have a test structure/capability that can do multiple parallel requests and assert that all requests passed as expected.
Start with tests that do things in parallel in the C3API validator
Things to consider:
- do we need Gerkin?
- is that even the right place to test?

Research direction
Start by reviewing the C3API validator and its existing test structure. Determine whether Gherkin is needed and whether the validator is the right place, then define parallel requests for user/group sharing with assertions that every request passes.
