Jim has this in the phenoscape-owl-tools maven:
http://svn.code.sf.net/p/phenoscape/code/trunk/maven/repository/eu/trowl/trowlcore/
Also here:
http://maven.aksw.org/archiva/repository/internal/eu/trowl/trowl-core/
This is phenoscape's pom:
<dependency>
<groupId>eu.trowl</groupId>
<artifactId>trowlcore</artifactId>
<version>0.8.2</version>
(may be an old version)
</dependency>

Research direction
Start with the phenoscape POM dependency and compare the two linked Maven repository locations, including the trowlcore/trowl-core naming and version 0.8.2. Done means the requested Trowl artifact is available from the intended Maven repository using the correct dependency coordinates; no project file or test is named in the issue.
