Description

Using oort to update imports adds an annotation property axiom
imported_from:
e.g.
imported_from: http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/go.owl
For tracking purposes, it would be better if it used a version IRI (if one is available)
e.g. http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/go/2013-07-10/go.owl

Research direction
Start by locating the oort import-update handling that creates the imported_from annotation axiom. Check how an imported ontology's version IRI is exposed, using the example IRIs in this issue as reference. Done means the annotation uses the version IRI when one is available and preserves the existing IRI otherwise.
