Description
Hi guys, I was having trouble using a GAF that with the owltoosl map2slim. It was a GAF that I had previously successfully used with the map2slim tool provided with go-perl. I kept getting an error complaining about owltools expencting 15 columns and getting 17 in the GAF. I was confused because the GAF format description here, specifies 17 columns for GAF. I found an old issue thread that mentioned an example GAF which worked with owltools. The indicated file contains 15 columns and appears to work with owltools map2slim. Should the GAF specification be updated? Sorry if this is not the proper place to bring this up, but either fixing the owltools documentation or GAF documentation would be very helpful.

Research direction
Start with the OWLTools map2slim example command and compare its 15-column expectation with the linked GAF 2.1 specification and the example discussed in issue 124. Done means the relevant documentation clearly states the supported column count and points to a consistent working example.
