Description

Main problem:
ctl:removeTargetById doesn't know how to work with regex . For instance:

ctl:ruleRemoveTargetByID=981248;ARGS:widget-text[4][text] - OK
ctl:ruleRemoveTargetByID=981248;ARGS:/^widget/ - BAD
