Description
Currently SanatizeArgs and other Sanitize functions will sanitize the argument with a variable sized amount of asterisks based on the input. This may give some information away about non-fixed length elements. There should be an option to set this to a fixed length amount of asterisks.

Research direction
Search the codebase for SanatizeArgs and the other Sanitize variants, then inspect their existing tests or callers; the issue names no specific files or tests. Determine how a fixed asterisk length should be configured across these functions, and consider the work done when each variant can produce the configured fixed-length masking without exposing the original length.
