Description
Hi everyone,
I’ve just created a small public repo to extract visible Overleaf review-panel comments from a saved browser snapshot and map them back to the LaTeX source:
https://github.com/adakite/extract-overleaf-comments
It can export comments to CSV/Markdown, and also generate an annotated .tex file with comments either collected at the end or shown in the PDF margins. This is meant as a practical workaround since Overleaf comments are not included when downloading the project sources.

Research direction
Review the linked extract-overleaf-comments repository and the toolkit's project-source download path first. Clarify whether this issue requests integrating comment export into toolkit or merely records an external workaround; no completion criteria are stated.
