Parse package version from local archive when one is used

Description
Currently when specifying a local package archive to analyse, the version of the package is just taken from the command line, and the actual version of the package is not checked. It would be better to extract the actual package version from the archive itself.
This should probably be done during calls to PkgManager.Local()
