Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
no, it is a new feature
Describe the solution you'd like
Introduce a filter similar to "b/w""+"inverted" filter, that creates a "blueprint like" image.
I.e., photographing a 2d sketch of dark ink on white paper would create a final image of a royal blue background with white/bright lines.
Describe alternatives you've considered
- using an additional app to apply filters after creating it with OSS document scanner
- ability to apply multiple filters and a colour shift (then you could also create "greenprints" or "redprints" (but who would want that?)
Additional context
This is probably purely a geek feature.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the existing "b/w" and "inverted" filters and understanding how filters are applied; the work is done when dark-ink sketches produce a royal-blue background with white or bright lines.
