Description
When a track folder is renamed via the OsmAnd web interface, the changes do not sync to the Android client. The OsmAnd Cloud synchronization process fails to update, and the count of pending cloud changes remains unchanged.
How to reproduce
- Go to https://osmand.net/map/mydata/tracks/
- Select any folder with tracks, click on the Menu, and select Rename.
- Open OsmAnd Cloud on Android and tap Sync.

- Synchronization does not work, and the total quantity of Cloud changes remains the same.
Expected result
- The synchronization process should complete successfully, updating the folder name on the Android device.
