Я не хочу, чтоб в каталоге с исходниками конфигурации лежали какие-то левые файлы, к этим исходникам не относящиеся.
Откуда растут корни у требования размещать этот файл строго вместе с ХМЛями платформы? Почему например не на уровне выше?
