Для поддержки инкрементальной выгрузки, необходимо дополнительный параметр с указанием пути к Dump*.xml
Сам Dump*.xml предлагаю не хранить под версионным контролем, т.к. он не имеет смысла и будет только создавать каждый раз merge конфликт.
