Существует проблема
Хочется, чтобы в гите все коммиты были сделаны по соглашению о коммитах, например
https://github.com/conventional-commits/conventionalcommits.org при этом разработчики в хранилище могут не следовать этому соглашению и их следует наказывать.
Хотелось бы иметь следующую функциональность
Останавливать выгрузку и сообщать о том, что коммит хранилища не соответствует соглашению о коммитах.

Думаю можно сделать плагин, который будет выполнять валидацию своими силами или вызывать настроенный commitlint.
