Description
Only a couple of image types declare supported partitioning modes. No RHEL images should support btrfs, unless we decide we want to keep that support open for custom kernels.

Research direction
Locate the image type declarations and the existing supported_partitioning_modes fields, then inspect which image types currently omit them. Check the RHEL image definitions and establish the supported-mode lists, with completion meaning every image that does not support all modes declares its modes and RHEL excludes btrfs unless custom-kernel support is intentionally retained.
