Description
We have tuned in the following image type definitions:
- AWS AMI
- GCP
- qcow2
It is not present in Azure for some reason. Let's consider adding it into the derived images, it is relevant in virtualized environments.
While we can file a RFE to have this added into the base container image, chances are this will not be accepted.

Research direction
Compare the AWS AMI, GCP, and qcow2 image type definitions with the Azure definition to find where packages for derived images are declared. Add tuned to the Azure-derived image configuration and verify that the resulting Azure image includes it.
