The maven release step for Kratos v0.11.1 failed with an error, but the pipeline did not fail.

Start by locating the release pipeline and its Maven release invocation for the kratos-client Java SDK. Reproduce the nexus-staging failure shown in the issue and verify that the pipeline exits unsuccessfully when the Maven release step reports exit code 1.
