Description

Preflight checklist
Describe the bug

After successfully completing the SelfServiceVerificationFlow, the response UI nodes contain:

  1. a success message
  2. an input field (empty to fill in the email) and a submit button for verification.

Number 2. is actually confusing for the users, since they already successfully completed the flow. Is this intended behaviour or only the first element should be returned?

Best,

Research direction

Start by reproducing the account recovery flow described in the issue and inspect the SelfServiceVerificationFlow response UI nodes after successful submission. Determine whether the empty email input and verification submit button are expected; done means the intended response contents are established and the issue is resolved or clarified accordingly.
