Describe the bug

Hello,

recently we tried to delete very old (3/4 old) oauth2 clients, but the DELETE request gets canceled after some time:

I asked the question on the Slack community channel. They advised me to wait for a month, because they are cleaning a db, which was likely cause of the issue, but after that time I am still unable to delete clients. Here's the URL to the thread:

Issue created as per Jonas request.

Reproducing the bug

I'm not able to provide the reproduction steps since they are really old oauth2 clients (3/4 years+). Deletion requests for the new ones works as expected.

Research direction

No repository file, test, or local reproduction is identified. Start by reviewing the linked Slack thread and comparing deletion requests for very old versus new OAuth2 clients in Ory Network. Done means the affected old clients can be deleted without the request being canceled.
