Research direction
The issue does not name files, tests, or an entry point. Start by locating where the mock SAML 2.0 Identity Provider builds SAML responses and how existing attributes are represented; done means callers can provide custom attributes such as givenName, lastName, and email, with tests covering their inclusion in the response.
