Missing possibility to merge all threads.

Description
"Merge selected threads" is disabled while "Show all threads" is enabled
When i want to merge all threads i do not want to click on every single thread. "Show all threads" should only toggle all threads to on/off while "Merge selected threads" should be unrelated to the "Show all threads"checkbox
