Description
Hello, we were eager to try this operator in OpenShift environment (4.16, possibly will be upgraded to 4.20), but this operator is not available there in OLM, even though I can see it in https://catalog.redhat.com/
Are there any plans to add / certify it, so we can install?
Thank you very much.

Research direction
No source file, test, or implementation entry point is identified in the issue. Start by reviewing the OpenShift 4.16 OperatorHub and OLM availability details, then check the Oracle Database Operator's catalog and certification process. Done means the operator is available through the requested OpenShift installation path or the issue has a documented certification decision.
