Description
Currently, when checking shape availability using the oci_capacity_reporter_gui script, the output simply displays 'AVAILABLE' across different Fault Domains (FDs).
It would be extremely helpful if the script could also show the exact number of VMs that can be successfully provisioned in that region/FD."

Research direction
Start with the oci_capacity_reporter_gui script and trace how it currently checks shape availability across regions and fault domains. Determine whether the existing OCI capacity query exposes a provisionable VM count, then update the displayed result so each region/FD reports that count rather than only AVAILABLE.
