Description

Hi guys,

the Java OCI SDK implementation is heavily based on JAX-RS (especially Jersey).

It would be great to have an implementation based on Helidon SE WebClient: it would enable support for reactive programming within the OCI Java SDK, thus promoting synergy among two amazing libraries sponsored and implemented by Oracle
