Research direction

Start by checking whether OCI LBaaS now supports the TCP proxy protocol, then inspect the repository's E2E tests for existing External Source IP Preservation (ESIPP) coverage. Done means adding an E2E case that exercises ESIPP through the supported TCP proxy protocol and verifies the preserved source IP.
