Research direction

Start by running oci -v and inspecting the vendored oci/_vendor/httpsig_cffi/sign.py location shown in the warning. Reproduce the generated-key import through the user API and determine whether completion requires removing the Python 3.6 deprecation warning, restoring key import, or both.
