Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or commands. Start by locating the OCI CLI entry points for copying data to OCI Object Storage and checking how transfers are implemented. Done means users can set a bandwidth limit for bucket copies without affecting unrelated operations, with coverage for the throttling behavior.
