ORA-02292: integrity constraint violated - child record found

Bug report

In the following scenario:

• Vehicle, class which has a property, Driver.
• Car, child of Vehicle.
• Driver, which has a list of Vehicles.
  • Driver has the AddCar method, but not an AddVehicle method.

When executing code labelled as A and then the one labelled a B (for example, two different API calls), you produce the ORA-02292 error; but this happens with Oracle.

If executed both A in B (in the same API call, for example) the error does not appear.

Start with the linked Ora02292 sample and its README, then run the two-call sequence using the Oracle setting in appsettings.json. Inspect DriversController.cs at the reported line 39 and compare the Oracle and SQLite results. Done means the supplied scenario no longer produces the reported integrity-constraint failure, with the reproduction verified.
