[Feature Request]: Missing Contact Information for Voiceover Contribution

As a newcomer to Oppia, I found it challenging to get started with voiceover contributions because the instructions require contributors to contact specific individuals (Angeli, Sandeep, or Sean) without providing their email addresses or an alternative means of communication. I had no idea who they were or how to reach them.

Describe the solution (or solutions) you'd like

The documentation should provide a clear way to contact the relevant individuals. This could include:

A direct link to their email addresses.
A generic Oppia email with an "Attn: Voiceover Contributions" line to ensure the request reaches the correct person.

Proposed Solution:

Add email addresses for Angeli, or Sean (or at least one of them).
If privacy is a concern, provide a generic Oppia contact email (e.g., admin@oppia.org) with a subject line format like:
Subject: Voiceover Contribution Inquiry - Attn: [Person’s Name]
