vicuna plugin - services panel in dashboard is washed out and hard to read

Describe the bug
Using the Vicuna theme, the Services panel on the opnsense 26.7.1 dashboard shows the services list as white on bright yellow and is washed out and very hard to read.

Start by locating the Vicuna theme styling for the dashboard Services panel and compare its colors with the Cicada theme shown in the issue. Reproduce the panel on OPNsense 26.7.1 and adjust the styling so the service list has sufficient text/background contrast, then verify the panel is readable.
