Description
Hello OpenProject,
I was tinkering around with this project for the company I work for and noticed Postgresql version 17 while 18 has been out for a couple months (I believe).
Would the project be open to bumping that?
It would entail only a volume mount path change and a 17 -> 18 bump.
Kind regards.

Start by locating the Docker Compose PostgreSQL service and its volume configuration. Check how the current PostgreSQL 17 image and mount path are declared, update the version and path as requested, then validate the Compose configuration and confirm the service starts with PostgreSQL 18.
