Description

On the page https://docs.operaton.org/docs/documentation/user-guide/process-engine/database/mysql-configuration#jdbc-driver-configuration there is a link to the MySQL documentation, which is no longer valid.

https://dev.mysql.com/doc/connector-j/8.0/en/connector-j-connp-props-datetime-types-processing.html#cj-conn-prop_sendFractionalSeconds

While searching for the correct page to share, I saw that MySQL acted on their side, so before just chaning it, I will do some research on the matter, maybe the whole documentation block is obsolete

Research direction

Start with the MySQL JDBC driver configuration section at the linked documentation URL and inspect the referenced MySQL Connector/J page. Determine whether the fractionalSeconds documentation block is still relevant or needs a replacement link. Done means the section no longer points to an invalid page and accurately reflects the current MySQL guidance.
