Description
When browsing https://lesbases.anct.gouv.fr/ all links are attached a query parameter, e.g. https://lesbases.anct.gouv.fr/mentions-legales?_rsc=ut8ee has _rrc=ut8ee ; looks like this is a time-based thing ; we should try to get rid of this with a fuzzy rule to complete https://github.com/openzim/zim-requests/issues/1205
