Description

A user mentioned in https://github.com/openzim/kolibri/issues/109 that he would like us to activate the "Discussions" feature on kolibri repository.

I don't think this is a decision which can be taken at the repository level, at least not without having discussed about it globally.

I'm not in favor of opening the "Discussions" feature in Github, we already have a Slack + the possibility to ask important questions through Issues, I do not feel like opening yet another channel is worth it.

WDYT?
