Book with a bad metadata should not propose to update title with the bad value

Description
https://cms.openzim.org/book/5a044045-b54b-451a-0481-a9b053542507/issues has a too long title (33 chars).
Unfortunately, it does propose to set the title title (sic) to this bad metadata. This is wrong, it should not. It should only propose to edit title metadata but not imply that the bad metadata is a good one
