Description

From #100

Original issue was probably ZIMs for which we have a copyright only for a given period of time. We wanna easily make sure the ZIM is not published anymore once copyright is gone (or renewed for longer).

Not a current issue anymore, so let's keep this for later.

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. The issue describes a deferred design for expiring ZIM publication based on relative or absolute dates, with renewal and notification behavior; it is explicitly marked for later rather than ready for implementation.
