Actual Behaviour

The stable OpenWrt 25.12 repository still provides Tailscale 1.98.3-1, so it cannot be updated to 1.102.3.

The development branch has already received a newer Tailscale package, but the update has not reached the stable OpenWrt branch.

Research direction

Start with the tailscale package in the OpenWrt packages repository and compare its stable-branch version with the newer development-branch package. Update the stable package to 1.102.3 or later, then verify that the generated package reports the newer version and addresses the security warning.
