Description
After updating to firmware 24.10 wifischedule repeatedly starts with WiFi disabled. This only occurs on cold boot, not reboot. Such a glitch did not occur in the 23.x and older versions.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the wifischedule behavior on the listed Netgear WNDR4300 running OpenWrt 24.10.0, comparing a cold boot with a reboot. Done means the cause of WiFi being disabled after cold boot is identified and the behavior matches the expected 23.x behavior without regressing reboot startup.
