Research direction
Start by reproducing the watchcat installation or startup command on the TP-Link WDR4900 with OpenWrt 22.03, then trace the watchcat startup path and the /etc/rc.common arithmetic error. Done means watchcat installs and starts on powerpc_8540 without the reported “6h: bad number” or arithmetic syntax error.
