Description

I updated openwrt to recent snapshot build (r18953-b9251e3b40) and found 5GHz channel 153 is not working.

When I set channel to '153', it goes to 149.

But 149, 157, 161 working well.

Only 153 doesn't work.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the channel 153 configuration on OpenWrt SNAPSHOT r18953 with the listed mt76 drivers and firmware, then trace the mt76 channel-selection path; no source file or test is named in the report. Done means channel 153 remains selected at 5765 MHz instead of changing to 149, while the existing working channels continue to work.
