Research direction

Start by examining the linked factory partition contents and comparing the mt7603e calibration data for HiWiFi HC5962 with the working MI Router 3G case. Trace how the driver interprets this calibration data and identify why the maximum transmit power becomes 8 dBm. Done means the affected device uses the correct calibration values and its transmit power matches the hardware capability.
