Description
From https://dev.archive.openwrt.org/ticket/21926, dnsmasq supports having multiple local domains (a.k.a -s). There is also a patch attached to that ticket, which naively looks fine. Could such a patch be added, or is there other negative flow-on effects from that patch?

Research direction
Start with the referenced OpenWrt ticket 21926 and its attached patch to understand the requested dnsmasq behavior. No LuCI files or tests are named, so identify the affected configuration entry point and determine the expected behavior and flow-on effects before implementation. Done means multiple local domains are supported without regressions.
