Description
I'm trying to create an sdk image for 15.05, but I am unsure how to create an SDK image manually from my terminal.
So far the only change I've made is downgrading the base image to Debian 8.

Research direction
Start with the repository's container build scripts and the linked chaos-calmer tree; identify the existing path for producing an SDK image and the terminal inputs it requires. Document the local procedure for creating the SDK image, including the relevant base-image assumptions. Done means a newcomer can follow the instructions from a terminal without the uncertainty described in the issue.
