tplink,archer-c6-v3 Error building the firmware image

wolfssl is the problem, but wolfssl has tls v1.3. Why Openwrt chose mbedtls?

Reproduce the package selection and inspect why both libustream-mbedtls20201210 and libustream-wolfssl20201210 are selected. Done means the reported request either builds successfully or the service returns a clear, actionable package-selection error.
