Attended Sysupgrade

The attended sysupgrade service allows to easily upgrade vanilla and custom firmware images.

This is done by building a new firmware on demand via an online service.

Start with the image-builder manifest step at Makefile lines 189 and 154, then trace the package-selection failures for luci-i18n-ddns-en, luci-ssl, and the conflicting libustream providers. Done means the same request builds successfully without those package-install errors.
