file conflict error when attend upgrade installing nginx

When I am performing attend upgrade, I modified some packages to use nginx instead of uhttpd. However, when request a build, following error is reported:

The request is sent to https://sysupgrade.openwrt.org and fails during the imagebuilder package_install target at Makefile:189, after the manifest step. Start by reproducing the listed 23.05 ramips/mt7621 request and trace how nginx-full and nginx-ssl enter the package list; done means the upgrade build no longer reports the file clashes.
